About Me

I started my career as a licensed Massage Therapist, graduating from New York’s prestigious Swedish Institute, providing services in both chiropractic and physical therapy offices, before starting my own practice, Well From Within Bodywork.
 
After being diagnosed with a chronic illness, I turned to lighter modalities and eventually stumbled upon Reiki, which opened a whole new world for me.

Energy therapy gave me a new direction in my career, and more importantly, a new lease on life personally.

With each level of Reiki I studied, I felt more empowered to take control of my own health issues, healing myself along with my clients. I attained Reiki Master Teacher status in 2013.

I incorporated crystal therapy into my practice in 2021, studying at the Hibiscus Moon Crystal Academy, which emphasized the science of how crystals work and their many benefits in energetic healing.

Incorporating crystals into my Reiki work has resulted in a powerful transition in my practice. Realizing that my practice is no longer limited to bodywork, I decided to rebrand as Well From Within – Integrative Healing.

I believe that all of us have the potential to heal ourselves. I’ve seen how simple shifts in perspective and working with the right tools allows us to make effective changes in the trajectory of our health.
